Experience

During the development of his professional career, he has worked as an Associate in the Social Security area at Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cía, S.C. and Basham, Ringe and Correa, S.C. as well as in various positions in the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice (TFJFA).

He has been recognized by the Representative Commission before Social Security Organizations of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMPC), as well as one of the leading lawyers in Mexico in this practice.

He currently serves as Taxpayer Trustee of Coparmex, Querétaro Section. He has participated as a speaker in various forums on tax and social security matters and has published important articles in magazines such as HR Magazine, Practica Fiscal and Puntos Finos.

Professional Memberships

• Se ha desempeñado como profesor Titular de la asignatura de “Derecho de la Seguridad Social” en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Anáhuac en Querétaro.

• Licenciado en Derecho graduado con mención honorífica por la Universidad Tecnológica de México.
