Nicolás Guerrero Cuate

Experience

During the development of his professional career, he has worked as an Associate in the Social Security area at Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cía, S.C. and Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C., as well as in various positions at the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA).

He has been recognized by the Representative Commission before Social Security Agencies of the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos (IMPC), as well as one of the leading lawyers in Mexico in this area.

He currently serves as Taxpayer's Trustee of Coparmex, Querétaro Section. He has participated as a speaker in various forums on tax and social security matters and has published important articles in magazines such as HR Magazine, Práctica Fiscal and Puntos Finos.

Competencies

He has also been a professor of "Social Security Law" at the School of Law of the Universidad Anahuac in Querétaro.
