Experience

C.P.C. Plácido has more than 25 years of experience in the tax area, which includes comprehensive tax advice on federal and international taxes, tax payment compliance, corporate restructuring, Due Dilgence, among others.

Since 2023, she has served as Director of the tax practice at BDO Mexico.

 

Competencies

She has extensive experience in assisting private sector companies in the service, manufacturing, commercial, hydrocarbon, and digital platform industries, among others.

She is a specialist in Mexican Taxes and International Treaties. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in which he has developed strategies and consultations in tax matters, in addition to carrying out studies and evaluations of corporate capital restructurings (disposal of shares and capital reimbursements).

Additionally, she has participated in merger, spin-off, and liquidation operations; as well as diagnoses and reviews in compliance with tax obligations and Due Diligence procedures.
