Mrs. Plácido has over 18 years experience in the tax area, which includes federal tax advisory and tax review in compliance with the payment of taxes for big and medium companies in the private sector, in a broad variety of industries, including clients and services.

 

Industry Specialization

She has had broad experience in assisting companies of the private sector and industries to obtain the tax incentives for research and development of technology. Also, she has been involved in tax reviews as part of the “Due Diligence” procedures for Mexican companies.

 

Likewise, she is a specialist in Mexican Taxes, throughout her career she has flourished a broad experience in which she has developed planning and consultancies in tax matters, also, she has carried out studies and assessments of capital restructuration (determination of tax costs of shares and capital refunds), for several industries, such as; Construction, Bottling, Food, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Transformation of the Financial Sector, among others, which has contributed to her training in said matters. Additionally she has participated in tax reviews for the restructuration of companies, in merger and spin-offs operations, as well as the compliance of tax obligations.
