Has more than 26 years of experience in financial accounting, which includes reporting, management, assurance services, accounting and consultancy of big and medium companies of the private sector in a variety of industries, including manufacture, services and trading companies.

The responsibilities of such area involved dealing and communicating with Finance and Management staff of sundry countries and cultures from which the investments were made into Mexico in the form of subsidiaries up kept by the BSO area.

Currently assigned as representative of the Private Equity platform of services and leads the Tijuana office in the North Border state of Baja California

Brief experience on the legal ground as advisor on lawsuits and defense strategies against Tax Acts/Laws & Authorities.

Savy user on some information systems such as:  SAP Business One, Hyperion Financial Management and JD Edwards Enterprise One.
