His areas of practice consist of consulting and litigation in tax matters, Social Security (IMSS and INFONAVIT), Local Taxes and Sanctioning Procedures initiated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) at the Federal level, and at the local level by the State Secretariats. respective, same areas that have been developed for more than 20 years.

He has been recognized by the Representative Commission before Social Security Organizations of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMPC), as well as one of the leading lawyers in Mexico in this practice.

He has written various articles on topics related to Tax practice, Social Security and sanctioning procedures carried out by the STPS, in magazines such as Puntos Finos, Veritas, Practica Fiscal and Abogado Corporativo. In addition, he has given multiple conferences and courses on the same subjects at the College of Public Accountants of Mexico, in Colleges Affiliated with the Institute of Public Accountants in the Mexican Republic and in other professional and commercial associations.

He has participated as a speaker in various courses and seminars of the prestigious Thomson Reuters Fiscal Organization.

Professional Memberships

He is an active member of the College of Public Accountants of Mexico, where for more than 10 years he has been a member of the Representative Commission before Social Security Organizations, collaborating in the publication of books such as “Outsourcing” and “Provision of Personnel Services and its Implications on Social Security”, published by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.

• Graduate in Law from the Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC), from which he graduated in 2002.
