Experience

She has more than 30 years of experience as independent auditor and consulter for public and private Mexican companies.

She has performed audit engagements for public companies which report their financial statements to Mexican National Banking and Stock Commission (CNBV by its acronym in Spanish). She has have participation in placement of shares procedures.

She is a former president of Public Accountants College in Sinaloa.

She is a specialist in review financial statements as well as in auditing public and private companies in a wide range of sectors in Mexico such as hotel industry, manufacture, commercial, retail, government and construction.

Review of accomplishment mainly with Mexican Reporting Standards and International Reporting Standards.
 

Specialization

She is member of BDO Mexico’s Capacitation Committee and Professional Practice Committee.

She has taught courses in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards and International Audit Standards to members of BDO Mexico and Public Accountants College in Sinaloa.
