RRecognized bilingual specialist with more than 25 years of vast and solid experience in the labour area and very specifically in litigation and preventive consulting, planning and national and international labour strategy; elaboration of opinions and employment contracts; litigation and design of strategies for contract terminations of executives of top-tier companies as well as those related to corporate restructuring with personnel transfer; review and update of internal Human Resources policies and procedures.

Design of contracting strategies and schemes more beneficial to the interests and specific purposes of each company, as well as their defense before the various authorities.

He worked as a Senior Associate in world-renowned Firms such as Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C., Baker & McKenzie, S.C., Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cía., S.C. and Thompson & Knight, S.C., in which he stood out for his experience in the Labour and Social Security Practice Groups.

Likewise, he has experience in the jurisdictional field, having been part of the Sixth Collegiate Court in Labour Matters of the First Circuit, which is why he has precise knowledge about the criteria of the authorities in labour matters.
