Eroel Benítez Vences is a BSO Partner at BDO Castillo Miranda, he is part of the BSO Services area.

With more than 21 years of experience offering accounting, administration and consulting services to public and private companies, he especially focused on the service and commercial sectors.

His specialization in accounting, tax and financial matters includes the interpretation of financial statements and analysis of accounting-tax results. The latter in order to obtain the elements for correct advice on decision-making that serve for optimal use of financial, human and administrative resources.

He has participated in various projects related to accounting, tax and financial advice and consulting, among other activities in the following areas:

Comprehensive support in the creation and restructuring of national and international corporations, including experience in institutional procedures, creation and structure of accounting-financial policies, implementation of mechanisms according to the needs of companies at the start of their operations.

Competencies

Analysis of accounting and administrative implications of corporate acts such as: identification, analysis and advice on the series of obligations and rights that are obtained with the different government institutions once a company is established; the need to select, implement and/or design accounting systems to develop, control and process that allows generating financial information that societies expect to need for make decisions focused on achieving their objectives for which it was created.

Experience in generating financial information both nationally and internationally, including “Financial Information Packages” from different countries.

It provides accounting, financial and tax services to Mexican companies that in turn have parent companies abroad whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange of the United States or some other countries.
