Mr. Romero is a Transfer Pricing Partner in BDO Castillo Miranda; he is part of the Tax area.

With more than 11 years of experience providing consultancy services in transfer pricing matters to public and private companies, specially focused in the construction and industrial gas sectors.

Industry Specialization

Mr. Romero is in charge of preparing and revision of transfer pricing documents for BDO México main clients, covering industries such as: industrial, medical, infrastructure, maquiladoras, real estate, and equipment lease, among others.

Mr. Romero has participated in several seminars and he is in charge of training of personnel in transfer pricing matter in offices in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Aguascalientes, BDO El Salvador and BDO Guatemala.

Also, he has worked as an expert in economic matter regarding controversies related to Transfer Pricing.

On the other hand, he is in charge of generating and updating of the economic Information applied to Transfer Pricing.
